I was sold a unrealistic holiday experience by platinum leisure. I have sat on the phone for hours to try get some acknowledgment and feedback to the hundreds of emails I have sent. No one ever gets back to me. The call center number is never answered and emails are never responded to. I have been trying for over a year now and am getting no where!! Are they even a legit business?? Surely not with the customer service they have! Huge regrets!
