Response to booking is atrocious
I've been trying to book for quiet some time now, that's after my voucher number was confirmed, and that I can now use it. One can't even call them, coz the call time is so ridiculous, waiting for 50min to make a booking is not on.
We have an agreement, I've held up my side of the agreement, and I expect the same in turn. Somebody better get back to me.
