Questionable Service?

Early this year one of their consultant contacted me regarding their voucher system and was focus on the holiday for 5 days for only R500.00 . I accepted and they offer other products for free for the first month and if you do not want it and cancel, you have to wait for 30 days. Last month i book now my 5 days and give them the two options. I had to contact them twice for acknowledgment of my request. Two weeks before the holiday i was supposed to take they tell me the second option is available and it will be the 50% complimentary holiday, of which I will have to pay R3000.00 for 4 days(I originally book for 5 days). And if i do not want to take this I must book another place for the complimentary holidays but I must do it 30 days before, how do they expect me to plan my holiday. This was not my biggest concern, when I ask the rates from the holiday place it was R300.00 pppn, which mean I was actually going to R2400.00 for 4 nights for me and my wife if I deal directly with the place. My question is where is this so-called 50% complimentary, is this only a **** Platinum Leisure is running? I send them on Saturday an email asking how did they get to this rates of them, until now no answer.
