<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable - when you phoned me – you told me that the accommodation is FREE. If we choose to stay in a Hotel – the hotel may expect us to eat breakfast or dinner or both at the hotel itself.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nothing was said about discount on accommodation.</p> <p> </p> <p>You tell us lies to take your voucher, and then you don’t honour your side of the agreement.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my R500 back.</p> <p> </p> <p>According to a lot of the reviews on the internet – this is how you operate. This will go on until our voucher expires and then you can’t help us anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>You are still deducting R99 from my account after I was promised that this will not happen again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’ve sent numerous e-mails and phoned to cancel this (AND I NEVER AGGREED TO THIS R99 IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!) and every month you take my money on a different date.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will take this matter further and inform my bank that I want to open a case of ***** against platinum leisure.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>This is what happened when these people phone you they come with promises and doesnt deliver I want to go on leave the 29/03/2017 and when we mail or phone they dont reply or have excuses ....think of this if you can lie to 100 000 people and deduct R100 every month when they say they dont want it you make R100 000 for lieing and doesnt do a thing ......Platinumleisure even move the dates each month so that the debit order can go off and listen to this if you revese the money each month by the bank you get a bad credit record at the bank you have to close your bank acc and open a new one so that they can not ***** your money even if you told them you are not intersted in there lies...all I want to say is dont faal for the lies of platinumleisure</p>
