Platinum leisure holiday voucher ****!!!!!

I bought a R500 holiday voucher and i wanted to cancel it and get a refund i was told that its not possible, i then requested to make a booking i was told that my voucher had expired, why the **** ddnt anyone call me to notify me?????......is that a new way of ****???!!!!!
