Platinum leisure

Hi there,

I purchased a holiday voucher from platinum leisure, which they assured me it was a once off payment. I had problems even booking a holiday with them. It was a waste of time.

It didn't stop there, they have been deducting money over a year from my bank account without my consent. And I was under the impression that the debit order was for another company, until I contacted the company. To which they informed that it was emerald club. I have contacted the call centre agents of platinum leasure and over couple months have gotten no response or feedback.

Please please don't buy anything from the group or platinum leisure. They will deduct money from your bank account with you knowing.
