paid for a holiday voucher ,

i was called in December last year by platinum leisure and they told me about this great and affordable holiday voucher of which i agreed that they debit an amount of R 500, and till today i have not received my voucher number or any call from platinum leisure and every time i call no one response . i have left messages and emails with no luck and their phones are always busy
