MONEY DEDUCTED

Good day,

Platinum Leisure and sold a Holiday Voucher to me which I subsquently cancelled the very next day via email as their telephone went unanswered. I sent an email to them on the 18 July 2017 to cancel which they ignored.

September they began deducteing R99 each for Advance Assist and Astral Group. I have sent emails and tried calling them but to end. The number rings and if someone does anwer like I tried today again 24 November they pretend they cannot hear you and put you on hold again until you eventually cut out.

I did not give permission for any dedcutions or app**** for these services.

Please can someone assist as they have deducted today already for the month ahead.
