I've had enough of Platinum Leisure

I bought a holiday voucher from Platinum Leisure, I have been trying to use my voucher but to no avail. I've held on the phone for an hour on different occasions waiting to be put through to someone to help me.. I've sent 3 emails over 3 months and no one has rep****. I finally got through to someone and they said they would attend to my email. It didn't happen. Months later I'm still waiting. I've been trying to use the voucher that I paid for by the way for months. I want my money back because I clearly cannot use this and no one is available to help me!

Sick and tired of the bull****, they are just ripping us off! And there is no one to complain too because they don't pick up phones or reply to emails...

I'm sick of it! I want my money back..
