I am fed up with lies and want my money

I am very perturbed by the service from platinum leisure, they feed on people's money an do not deliver. I have been calling for over a year and they have been rude to me and failed to give answers to me, I do not know what kind of business they are running and their staff is extremely rude that I had to drop the call. I paid R500 last year for a promised holiday package and all my emails were ignored, it felt like I was writing to a wall. I need my money back.
