Holiday voucher ****!!

<p>Platinum Leisure claims to sell complimentary accommodation vouchers for locations anywhere on their web site. This voucher only costs you R500. When you try to claim your complimentary voucher you get a email claiming that all the complimentary accommodation for the period you chose are all booked, they only have discounted accommodation left. You then receive a Pro Forma Invoice for R6000 of which they pay R3000, you then have to pay the remaining R3000 plus R1000 deposit within 24 hours. This Pro Forma Invoice does not even have the Vat number or Registration number of the company on it. When you then ask them to please give you areas and dates that they have available for complimentary accommodation they simply ignore you and do not reply. When you ask for a refund they simply claim that you will not get a refund because "you are receiving service". This is a ****, do not buy vouchers from them, you will lose your money.</p>
