Platinum Leisure phoned me in February to offer a voucher for R500 and with this voucher you can go on a free holiday in a 5 star hotel of your choice. Now when i try to book the rep**** the following: Good day Hope this mail finds you well, Thank you for your reservation request please note we have 2 types of accommodation which is Complimentary and 50% Discounted accommodation attached is the 50% discounted accommodation as the dates you have requested there is no complimentary accommodation , however if you only require complimentary accommodation please give us new dates starting from a month in advance for us to assist you with your booking request. Attached you will find the pro forma document, kindly view the attached and ensure payment is done within 24 hours to secure the booking. I told them I dont want to pay for the holiday I want what they promised and need a list of their complimantary accommodation but they ignore me
