<p>I had the worst service from the customer service agent , as i wanted to cancel the purchase of the R300 voucher. I was told it is not possible as i will be liable to pay an additional R99 if there is no funds for them to debit and if I put a stop order on the debit , they will continue to debit my account until they have the funds. worst mistake to deal witPLATINUM LEISURE. I am not satisfied with their service. The agent was actually arguing with me . </p>
