DEDUCTIONS WITH NO CONSENT

I have been contacting Platinum Leisure via email and telephonically for the past four months to cancel two deductions which was instated without my consent and yet it still goes off from my account to this day. Very Quick to instate but not available when they have to cancel these deductions. I am frustrated to say the least.
