After continuously trying to get in touch with platinum leisure regarding the voucher,I wrote my review on hello peter and then I received an email from them which was so full of lies as they were claiming that they responded to my mails and I was the one who is at fault.These are *********, they just want our money and that it,once they have the money you will never hear from them .I have made several bookings but no response, nothing from them.I wish to warn people not to fall for this trap.Their phone lines are always engaged and they don't reply to the emails.Please guys don't be fooled by the reviews that you see here praising the good service,there is no good service here.You will loose your money and that it.They do the good service reviews by themselves so as to loot people.The voucher is expiring now and I really want my money back.
