Platinum home Products

I am unable to find the people who make Checker's Platinum products, so I am coming to this site to tell them how horrible their product is. I am referring to the Platinum 2 Slice Sandwich press. The non scratch coat is less than pathetic, it comes off even when using a plastic utensil, ON THE FIRST TIME OF USING IT!!!! 2. The press....does not do that, so everything oozes out of the bread. 3. Everything oozes out because the product is too flat, so you actually get a flattish wet bread, which sticks to the non stick surface. 4. It does not get warm enough fast enough, the bread sp****ly is toasted when the light goes on when it is completed. 5. I would've loved to upload some pictures so you can see what a complete mess this makes of the kitchen. This is a horrible product, I will never ever buy one of your products ever again. This experience has made me rich, a true waste of my money, now I need to go buy another product as this one doesn't work.
