Service and communication

Service and communication is pathetic. I've submitted all my documents to *** on the 12/08/2019 and then again to *** on the 15/08/2019 at 14:53 of my new born child .

Till today 26/08/2019 my child is not registered and the hasn't been any communication from platinum health or Virginia.

Thirty (30) days is soon passing and they will want to talk about window periods.

Thanks to the lady I spoke to this morning Tshidi. She sounded different from this tendencies. I hope she will help .
