Poor Services, very rude supervisor.

I want to complain about the poor client relationship and poor services at BURGERSFORT MEDICAL CENTRE - ***.

I have received news today that I have Covid19, we did not have any medication so we decided to phone our clinic in Burgersfort to ask for assistance. The supervisor told us to go to the clinic and call them when we are outside as they will come and assist us at our car, as we cannot enter the building due to being infected.

On arrival the supervisor on duty (30/01/2021 at 14:20) told me that she can no longer come to the car as we need to sit in the queue and wait for assistance. As there were too many people we told the supervisor we cannot enter the queue as we are infected with the virus.

After trying to explain to the supervisor the reasons that we don't want to join the crowd/que, the supervisor got angry and very rude. She said I must enter and do as she says, I asked her for her name and she rep**** that she does not have a name and dropped the phone.

I tried calling back numerous times but my call keeps on ringing or they drop the line.

I have been a member of Platinum Health for a long time and have never been treated so poorly. If there is an emergency then that clinic is going to be my lifeline, but they do not care about your situation or about their patients.

Please assist me in this matter as people cannot play or endanger peoples lives, especially not the ones they you go to when you need their help.
