POOR MEDICAL AID

If you've got a diabetic in the house don't consider this medical aid. very good if supplying insulin and the strips BUT THAT IS IT!!!!!! we've been on this medical aid for 6 years. App**** for a insulin pump 3 times got rejected every time. We app**** for a Decscom machine in March, because my son is struggling a lot to stabilize his sugar levels and it is difficult with him being in matric. Abh1c levels is high and doctor said he is scared his kidneys is going to get damaged in the long run. Now 7 months down the line we are still awaiting for an answer, every time when you phone they give you a different date when they are going to sit down and decide. Meaning my sons life does not mean a thing to them but my money every month does...... ? VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
