Platinum Heath Medical Should Be Your Last Medical Aid Option

Where to start, I registered my new born to late because I sent the application form on the email they supp**** on their website(Which had a spelling error)...not their fault obviously. After a specialist visit my refund claim was rejected because they can not see that I'm an PlatFreedom member. Just bad service overall and claims takes months to get an answer and if you don't follow-up your self you will not be notified...I can give many more examples.

Hence to say, I will be transitioning to new medical aid. I've been with PH for years but can not take it anymore how they treat paying customers as if we owe them something.
