No authorazation while i had

I receive a statement telling me i have to pay 1700 to my specialist. Reason i dont have Authorazation But i do have Authorazation 100 % for the hospital and referal doctor and treating doctor Platinum health starts to be a bussiness and not a medical aid any more I wont pay theat amount as i had 100% authorazation and .y documentation. Was already sented to platinumhealth on the 13 july 22
