Great, empathetic client service

On two occasions, I thought I would have to cancel my women's health policy as I couldn't afford it. On both occasions, I was helped by very understanding and empathetic employees who took me through available options that allowed me to continue with the policy. I have been a client of Platinum Health for a long time, and they have gone our of their way to retain my business and make sure I didn't lose out on my benefits.
