Does platinum actually care?

This is honestly the worst medical aid I have ever encountered. Not one of the customer service agents cares enough to actually read an email or listen to a request via telephone, you just get transferred from one to the other. I have been trying for weeks to get someone to just LISTEN and I keep getting the same generic answer.
