This medical aid is a *******, completely unhelpful. They are not client centred at all. Companies should not have contracts with them forcing their staff to join this medical aid. I have paid for so many of medical bills myself while I’m on a medical aid, make it make sense. I don’t even bother claiming because they don’t refund full amount, they regund 40% at most talking about scheme rates.
