Hair Extentions

<p>I bought extentions from Platinum Hair Paarl and one of the hairdressers from the Bellville branch put it in. I wore it for 2 months and the same lady took it out. She told me that they will keep it there. In the meanwhile they relocated to another premises. They did not let me know that they relocated, but that ok, but what is not ok, is the fact that they threw my extentions away. Htey did not let me know that I must come and fetch it they simply threw it in the bin. Today a lady phoned me, by the way, very bad attitude, and told me that they threw it away and there is nothing that I can do about it. So now I just have to accept it. It was alot of money for the extentions. I will never do business with them ever again and wil never tell anyone to go there with that kind of attitude that they have. I am very dissapointed at a salon that are suppose to be top of the class business.</p>
