BAD QUALITY HAIR EXTENSIONS AND DISRESPECTFULL

My mother visit the Platinum Salon in Paarl, where they convinced her to get hair extensions, she decided oh well lets do this. She was charged a hell of a lot of money talking about thousands!!! Which will be acceptable for high quality LONG LASTING extensions, but this was certainly not the case. Not even a week past and the hair started falling out everyday it just got worse and worse, the hair was damaged and unhealthy. She went back to the Salon for help and maybe some advise, but to her surprise the owner JILL was so disrespectful with her. After this my mother heard of another individual who complained about this extensions. My mother eventually decided to take all the extensions out, thousands down the drain. She went back again trying to compromise to maybe get only half the money back or even just some treatments as a refund, once again the owner JILL shouted at my mother and wanted nothing to do with this matter. This is the most unprofessional Salon I have heard of in my life, they are working with people and their beauty, aren't they suppose to be at the highest level of professionalism ??? DISSAPOINTED!
