No refund

Stay booked for 3 nights however only stayed for 2 due to raucous party disturbing my daughter and I. When checking out with my complaint was met with their no refund policy. Tried to reason with the owner as the party was not monitored and was met with more of the same. No issues with the facilities per say, but surely management could be more accommodating to its patron's. Very dissapointing!
