False accusations

We just needed a room to stay for the night after attending the H20 party in Boksburg, wild waters on the 31st December . We stayed the night at Platinum guesthouse , we checked out at 9:30 the next morning. The morning prior to checking out I received an email that was accusing my boyfriend and I of accusing the staff that they stole our phones . I called in to make it clear that it must have been some kind of mistake and that they got the wrong people. The guy at reception was rude and insists that we had friends in the guesthouse and that we were drunk. Our night at platinum guesthouse was good there was no complaints from us about the guesthouse and now they accuse us with this bull****.
