***** builder advisory

Kevin Dudgeon of Platinum Construction initially had me convinced I had chosen the 'right' builder in an industry fraught with ***** con-artists. I was wrong!...100m2 to build with some internal restructuring and alterations - simple hey? NO - 8 months later he has abandoned the project, obviously incomplete, citing he cannot continue as he has run out of money. To add insult to injury the notification is delivered as a \WhatsApp\" msg on a Monday morning. I am left with having to source a builder, electrician etc willing to take on another builders mess. This at a premium cost which is catastrophic to my budget as I have stupidly paid him 95% of the contracted amount!!! Warning to all out there - tread carefully with this man."
