Platinum Century Property Nightmare!!!

Be aware! We got dropped hours before moving into a place. We paid over 38k and they didn't give us a lease signed by owner. Then the owner declined us mid afternoon on a FRIDAY. They wanted p.o.p 1st to process and then declined us after getting told we qualified the day before.

I have small 2 kids and they knew this... they were so traumatized by the whole event. We also had an inconsiderare owner where we were living who didn't want to give us grace in the crisis. We had to plan for storage and air- bnb's. We couldn't approach other agents being weekend and asking for our money on a Friday what a pain! It still hasn't cleared so that shows they didn't send back to reflect immediately, so much for character.

If it wasn't for God's protection and provision through good hearted souls ***ner's not agents) we wouldn't have a roof over our heads now. They gave us keys and allowed ua tp move in and is willing to wait for us to pay once we get our money back from Plantinum Century Property.

This was the Sickest experience ever regarding rental!!! *********** staff who are actually not qualified in what they do!!! You don't deal with 1 person and they lack communication skills within the company and with potential clients. Worse they just don't empathise with the ramifications of a situation caused by them! Not one apology from owners regarding our situation, not by call, email or text. FYI Being polite is not an apology.

They have certain "owners" as clients that are horrid and they keep them around. What company goes to sleep at night knowing they give hope, make you incur costs and then do not give a dam.

If you have nothing signed by owner don't pay a cent, cause they can just change their mind in a second.

Spare yourself the TRAUMA!!!
