Bad car dealer

I bought a nissan navara from the dealer in april last year. I had the bakkie about 9 days in my possesion. The rest of the time its with him for repairs. Bakkie was bought cash and now battling to get my money and no response from daeler. Bad service from hassan, owner of platinumcars.
