Unprofessional and *********

My mom had her carpet washed by Platinum Carpet on Bellairs Drive at North Riding Square (same company as Platinum Car Wash). They took the carpet away to be washed and returned it two days later, totally ruined and damaged. My mom contacted the owner - Brett Shellard who told her to return the carpet to see if he could resolve the situation. A week later and many phone calls with no response from Brett my mom went directly to the car wash to get an update on what's happening. The car wash manager then contacted Brett whom then said that the workers must pay for the replacement of the carpet. It's completely unfair to blame the workers as the owner needs to take full responsibility. I expect Brett from Platinum Carpet to take responsibility and replace my mom's carpet.
