******** debit from account: Platinum Assist

I received a sms from Platinum assist saying they will deduct R149 from my account which was sold by 22 marketing I don't and never heard of 22 marketing now they want to deduct from my account. I never even received any paper work to sign for this deduction. How can I stop this /this is a ****? I don't want monies deducted from my account where I never gave authorization for. Thank you
