Unauthorized debit order

I have recieved a call two weeks back from someone about promotional gift i will recieve. The person told me about a free policy for 6 months saying i wont pay for anything. To my surprise i recieved an sms that my account will be debited on 29 March.

I did not agree on taking any policy so i really dont understand why is it money going out of my account. I havent even recieve the promotional gift yet but already a debit order is being arranged without my authorization.

I would kindly ask whoever authorized that debit order cancell it because im not paying any money to recieve a promotional gift and havent agree on taking any policy whatsoever.
