Unauthorised Debit Order by Platinum Assist

I have received an SMS on the 19th July 2017 from Platinum Assist stating that they will debit R149.99 from my account on the 25th July 2018. I have never agreed to this or even know who's Platinum Assist. This is Fraught with *** ********** ********** .

Please assist.
