Platinum Assist themselves to thievery

Assisting my aged pensioner mother who is an educated individual and clearly stipulated she is not interest in the promotional gift and with whom we've rehe****d the "No thank you" "No, I am not interested" phrases. She got an SMS that the debit order will go off as well. - for R129.99 on the 15th May 2018. We've already instructed the bank to reverse this if it does go off. Platinum Assist is in cahoots with a supposed legal company in Durban (where all these ****s originate from) and the accounts line cannot accept any messages as the mailbox is full.

Where do they get the bank account details from in the 1st place?

Anyone with physical details or where these people find themselves?
