Platinum Assist is very *******. This is an old con artist scheme from them. They also phoned me some time back. I told them, I do not have time for them or their telephone marketing tactics and terminated the call. To my surprised, I received a sms this morning, stating the following ["Your Platinum Assist R129.99 debit will run 25 April 2018 sold by 22 Marketing ********** 976 ref TTMS ********** ********** ********** 80425.Respond for help."] The number ********** 976 is permenantly engaged. I tried their call center who referred me back to the same number. The is a ******* scheme to con consumers out of their money. Why must I now waste my telephone calls, time and energy to stop a debit on my account that I have not enquired about or agreed upon? Who is the best to report this matter to?
