Johanna met with me on the 8 November 2020, she brought through an amazing brief, prices were good, she took the time to get all the personal details to add personal touches (that's what she said), she promised an event that I would not forget, deposit paid to secure everything, kept me in the loop until the morning of the event, she was supposed to pitch up at 10am on Saturday 5 December 2020, to begin with my set up, she did not take any calls, when I did eventually get her on the phone it was at 12pm, she said should be there in an hour, my event was starting at 3pm, she arrived at 2.45pm with no remorse, with s****s and filthy crockery and cutlery and minimal tarnished decor, my family had to set up and put things together with what we had while she went to collect the back drop, our guests had to stand and watch whilst the decor was getting done. We are still waiting for the back drop because she never returned, my event looked nothing like the brief we had agreed on and she left us standing on the day, with no explanation and no empathy whatsoever, never use this lady, she's ********* and she has no shame. And she refuses to refund me and says I can do whatever I like.
