Death claim

My name is Bongiswa Dalibango. I am a widower. My husband was working for Platchro, he passed away in December 2020. I lodged and filled up a claim early 2021 with my late husband's employer. They referred me to Momentum who then referred me back beneficiary form for me till sign. I have not received a cent up to so far after a long wait. Platchro is now asking me to get a lawyer because my husband didn't have a will.

Please please assist, I am unemployed and I cannot afford a lawyer.
