Supp**** defective product, now will not respond

Bought a Speed Heat 5kw shower head from Mica Middelburg. Had an electrician and plumber come out to install which cost me well over a R1000. <br> The highest temperature reached is 23 deg which is not hot enough to have a shower.<br> I sent Plastigo an email, which was not responded to.<br> I phoned them and was told that I had to mail it to them, which is totally unacceptable as it would mean I would once again need to get a plumber and electrician to disconnect the shower head.<br> Mr Haarhoff was apparently not available and the person I spoke to told me that he would get him to contact me.<br> This never conspired.<br> I phoned several times again afterwards, everytime getting the reply that Mr. Haarhoff is not available.<br> What is the use of purchasing an item that will not do what it claims to.<br> I have used this product in the past in someone else's home and it was very good there.<br> <br> This is not the way a company does business. When you get a customer query, RESPOND TO IT!!!!
