Plastics ripoff

I pointed out, at the till, that the plastic shoe boxes were marked over 3 shelves as R39 yet at the till I was told it was R55. Excuses from management, retail store staff as well as head office claimed that "customers" moved stock and so they "cant be responsible for items being mismarked in price" ... OVER 3 SHELVES ? To my understanding, the Consumer Protection Act says the price you see is the price you pay. Also, staff don't ensure customers are wearing MASKS as per government regulations which negates both their and my safety. Also, in the email sent to me, the manager makes false claims about what I said, and since the conversation was recorded I can verify the facts. Don't they do this on their side too ? Unprofessional and in poor business practice.
