Plastic Omnium - Employee complaint

We were a supplier to Plastic Omnium in Brits, South Africa, within the compressor component of their operations. We are the OEM for the Bouwa rage of compressors they have on site. We were a long time supplier to them and during this time endured from Hannes Moll, an extensive amount of Verbal and Emotional abuse towards myself the Director, My Technicians, and Administrator staff members to a point where I could not continue doing business with them any further, As a service provider we expect our ups and downs within business however, somebody as senior as Hannes Moll should have the Respect and Dignity that is given towards him as we supply to Plastic Omnium employees.

This constant belittlement, emotional abuse, and verbal abuse could not be tolerated to a point where we as Service providers stepped back and refused to do any further business due to this single person within such a reputable company.

I write this complaint with the hope that this is internally addressed with and would appreciate feedback in this regards.
