PLASTI TANKS ....lots of leaks!!!!

i ordered and paid for a polyeurothene diesel tank from Cornell PLASTI TANKS Cape Town that needed to be custom build for my toyota hilux due to a upcoming overlanding trip. tank was ordered and paid in full on 01/8/2019. agreed turn around time was 2 weeks from date of ordering. I received the tank via courier on 02/09/2019 .Due date for our trip was 12/09/2019. i fitted the tank and when filling the tank with 150 L of diesel the tank was leaking all over. i made a video and send it to cornell. He explained that they neglected to pressure test the tank for leaks???. Cornell comitted sending the courier to fetch the tank...reseal it and send it back in time for the trip....This never happened and he stopped answering my calls as well blocked me on whats app. Only choice left for me was to build another tank which i fitted, After returning from my overlanding trip i had to call cornell from a different number before he answered. He agreed again to fetch the tank. this only happened on 27/09/2019. Cornell refused to do a refund and since never answered my calls. This left me with no tank and no money from PLASTI TANKS.
