Bad Attitude and service

It took 5 days to receive a quote. The C02 welding machines were collected on Wed 24 Feb and after numerous calls to the owner and sales person the quote was received on Wed 02 Mar. After giving the go ahead I requested they return 1 machine in the original condition as it was needed on site the next morning. The owner did not return my call after saying he would and leaving an urgent message with their reception. I called again later for the 2nd time and was put through to Debbie and was shocked by her attitude. I explained my concern regarding the turn around time on quote and repairs. I was told abruptly that they are \not a fish and chips shop\" and she made it very clear that she did not want our business and that we must collect our machines. We received the machines back from them today 08.03.16 in pieces. In these tough economic times you would think that customer service would be of utmost importance, no matter how small your business is. <br> My suggestion would be an anger management course or submitting her CV to a Fish and chip shop. A simple apology would be appreciated. We managed to find an alternative supplier who quoted and will be returning the machines within 24hrs."
