**** SERVICE **** ATTITUDE

Last week Wednesday i took delivery of Paint that i had ordered made up by plascon. The paint i ordered was 5 litres of Greek Island which was a Royal Blue and then 1 litre Lady in Red a nice red. Only on opening the tins i find that they have given me PIN****!!!! instead of red. and light blue instead of the blue i requested. WHEN RELAYING THIS TO PLASCON THERE **** ATTITUDE IS SORRY FOR YOU BUT YOU WILL NEVER GET THE COLOR THATS ON THE SWATCHES . AND I MUST PAINT THE WALL FIRST AND IT WILL TURN RED. WHAT IS PLACON NOW MAKING COLOR CHANGING PAINTS. PINK PAINT WILL GO DARK PINK NOT RED!!!!!!!! so i painted a section of the wall and what did it do it went DARK PIN****!!!!! I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS PEOPLE COME LOOK AND STATE THAT THE COLOUR MIXED IS PIN****!! PLASCONS attitude is well that the color and sorry for you. so i order red i get pink whats neXt i order blue im going to get yellow casue as per plascon you never get the color thats on the swatch. funny how i have numerous colors mixed as per the swatch before and i got what i asked for. I THINK YOUR SERVICE IS SHOCKING AND IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS WHEN YOU HAVE SUPP**** THE INCORRECT COLORS THEN YOU NEED TO LEARN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY CAUSE YOUR ATTITUDE IS ****. Charge me R600 for paint that's incorrect.
