Really Disappointed in Plascon

we bought a 5l double velvet and was re assured by the salesman that the paint is a very good paint so we bought it and painted out lounge now it is almost a month later and if you lightly scratch the wall the paint peels off this is very disconcerting as Plascon double velvet is supposed to be an excellent product.

i am very disappointed in both the sales staff who assured us that we would need only 2 coats and the product from plascon.

money wasted as far as i am concerned and to think we were considering using placon through out our house.
