I had gotten used to the government like service of the Plascon call centre where they nicely promise deliverables but never deliver.<br> <br> I spoke to a lady in complaints last week and previously who was handling complaints and she gave me confidence in knowing that my issue would be resolved.<br> <br> Finally someone who understands that i don't care about fancy promises but about deliverables.<br> <br> I also must say that i have been having better luck getting feedback from agents.<br> <br> Keep up the good work call centre and thank you to the lady.<br> <br> <br> I cant recall her name but i think it was Pasella.<br>
