Poor Qulaity Paint - True Colour Roof Paint

Poor quality Roof paint- True Colour.

Two years ago we pressure cleaned and painted the roof before adding solar panels. This paint is an acrylic based paint that absorbs water unlike solvent based or rubber roof paint.

I complained to Builders and Plascon Service gent named Steven inspected. Stating poor preparations.

I explained we have a property business with over 40 properties and maintenance. This is not the First Roof. I showed him photos of cheaper locally manufacturer rubber roof paints still lasting even though bought from a small local business.

He blamed this on Mold and being so close to the ocean. Surely Builder Durban North knows that their customers are close to the Ocean and keep this poor standard paint and selling it with 8 years warranty is sneaky and certainly unappreciated.
