Poor Plascon paint quality!!

I just want to bring this to the attention of all out there. I painted my house with Plascon Micatex, it's fading after 2 years, and absorbs the water instead of keeping it away. I logged a few calls on there page and FB and after many tries they finally send me a ref no, CID 914100 and a promise that they will attend to it within 72 hours, its no more than a week, they disappear. Be careful for Plascon, the guarantee on the paint is not true, there are no guarantee!! I need to repaint my whole new home as it looks terrible. Thank you.
