Poor PLASCON heavy weather paint

We bought Plascon paint (heavy weather), fired earth earth brand at BUILD IT at Woodlands Pretoria. After few days, I mean less than a week it rained and the paint formed bubbles and leaving white patches all over the house walls. we complained at build it Plascon sales person and referred us to Plascon rep which just gave us a reference until today, after 3weeks. The paint is getting worse. We used money to buy the paint, we used money for the labour. Never want to deal with Plascon again, and we are currently fighting to get refunded inclusive of the labour costs.

if anyone on this site would advise the best way to deal with this, would be much appreciated.
